The THERAPEUTIC SINUS TONER is a most effective aid in eliminating excess fluid in the face and throat. It is a “must” for anyone with allergies that cause puffiness in these areas.

The 8 oz. bottle of THERAPEUTIC SINUS TONER lasts a long time, as only small amounts are needed to bring about an effect: used as you would an essential oil, less than ¼ teaspoon rubbed between the hands will provide a great release of pressure when your fingertips are pressed on the maxillary sinus cavities (either side of your nose), while inhaling deeply several breaths. Repeat your deep breaths while pressing your frontal sinus area – along your brow bone. Repeat these steps as long as you feel the need to swallow.
